Like any new technology, generative AI has been met with public cynicism and dramatic reportage. There are many societal, economic, and environmental implications which are yet to be fully actualized. However, like the steam engine, nuclear fission, and the internet, generative AI brings with it countless opportunities.

We can apply the same philosophy Aristotle used to describe the art of rhetoric to the usage of AI. It is not the tool that can do damage, it is the user. 

I am always ready to learn how to use a diverse set of AI tools to compliment my work and streamline my productivity. The most valuable skill anyone can learn today is to protect and maintain their personal touch when producing work using AI tools.
